Overview
The Sodick VN600Q is a mid-large format linear motor wire EDM from the VN series with 600 x 400 x 310 mm (23.6 x 15.75 x 12.2 in) X/Y/Z travel and Heart-NC programming. Extends the VN platform to 600mm-class, providing larger work envelope while maintaining VN series simplicity and accessibility.
Linear motor drive with linear scale, contactless and zero-backlash with no screw drive. In-house developed motors.
1,150 x 840 mm work tank, workpieces up to 1,100 x 820 x 305 mm, 850 kg (1,874 lb) capacity. 90 x 90 mm U/V, +/-15 degree taper at 120 mm. Wire 0.10-0.30 mm.
