DN Solutions Lynx 2100

The DN Solutions Lynx 2100 (formerly marketed under the Daewoo brand before the company's evolution into Doosan and subsequently DN Solutions) is a compact 2-axis CNC turning center designed for efficient production of small-to-medium turned components. The Lynx 2100 targets job shops and production facilities seeking a reliable, productive turning solution in a minimal footprint—a machine that prioritizes simplicity, uptime, and cost-effective operation over the multi-axis complexity of higher-specification turning centers.

The Lynx 2100 features a slant-bed design with a 12-position turret, an 8-inch chuck standard, and a main spindle rated at 45 mm bar capacity through the spindle bore. The spindle runs at up to 6,000 RPM with 15 kW drive power, providing adequate performance for steel, stainless, and aluminum turning in the small-to-medium diameter range. X and Z axis rapid traverse rates of 36 m/min minimize non-cutting time in repetitive production cycles.

The Fanuc 0i-TF Plus control (standard on current production Lynx 2100 machines) provides a straightforward operator interface with conversational programming support appropriate for job shop environments where operators machine diverse part types without extensive dedicated programming time. The control's G-code compatibility with the broad Fanuc ecosystem means most operators and programmers are already familiar with its conventions.
