The Bystronic ByCut Star 4020 is a premium fiber laser cutting system with a 4,000 x 2,000 mm cutting area, available from 6 kW to 15 kW. Designed for high-speed processing of thin to thick sheet metal with exceptional edge quality.

Features automatic focus positioning and nozzle changing for unattended material transitions. At 10 kW, cuts mild steel to 25 mm, stainless to 20 mm, aluminum to 15 mm. Simultaneous axis speed reaches 170 m/min with 2g acceleration.

BySoft 7 software handles CAD/CAM nesting and production management. ByVision control provides real-time monitoring. Industry 4.0 connectivity via MES integration.
