MultiCam 3000 Series CNC Router

The MultiCam 3000 Series is a production-grade CNC router designed for sign fabrication, cabinet manufacturing, composite panel cutting, and plastics routing. Built at MultiCam's facility in Irving, Texas, the 3000 Series runs on a heavy-duty welded steel gantry with precision rack-and-pinion drive on the X-axis and ballscrews on Y and Z. The machine is available in 4x8 and 5x10 foot table formats, covering the full range of standard sheet sizes used in production routing environments.

The 3000 Series ships with MultiCam's EZ Control system, a PC-based controller with a conversational interface suited to operators without extensive G-code experience. Full G-code compatibility allows integration with any commercial CAM package including Cabinet Vision, Vectric Aspire, and Alphacam. An optional 24-position automatic tool changer carousel enables multi-step production programs without operator intervention between operations.

Spindle options range from a 7.5 kW standard electrospindle to an 18 kW high-performance unit for demanding composite and aluminum routing applications. The multi-zone vacuum table provides workpiece hold-down across the full bed without mechanical clamps, enabling rapid sheet loading and unloading in nested-based manufacturing workflows.
