The Mazak INTEGREX i-450 NEO is the largest-chuck model in the current-generation INTEGREX i NEO lineup, featuring a 12-inch chuck for heavy-duty multi-tasking on large-diameter workpieces. Positioned above the 10-inch i-350 NEO, the i-450 NEO delivers the work envelope and spindle torque needed for the most demanding large-part applications.
The main turning spindle delivers 30 kW (40 hp) at 3,300 RPM through a 12-inch chuck with 116 mm (4.57 in) bar capacity, optimized for high-torque roughing on large-diameter bar stock. The NEO compact milling spindle head runs at 12,000 RPM with 24 kW (32 hp) through HSK-A63, with 20,000 RPM optional.
Axis travels span 695 mm (27.4 in) on X and 300 mm (11.81 in) on Y. Three bed lengths provide maximum machining lengths of 1,011 mm (39.80 in), 1,519 mm (59.80 in), or 2,501 mm (98.43 in). Maximum machining diameter is 670 mm (26.38 in). The B-axis provides 240 degrees with roller cam drive and 0.0001-degree resolution.
