Overview
The Citizen Miyano ABX-65THY is the flagship of the ABX 65mm platform: a 2-spindle, 3-turret CNC automatic lathe with Y-axis on all three turret positions. Up to 36 tool stations across three independent 12-station turrets.
The three turrets operate independently, enabling up to three simultaneous cutting operations. This concurrent processing delivers cycle time reductions of 30-50% on complex parts compared to 2-turret machines.
Both spindles rated at 18.5/15 kW with 5,000 RPM. Y-axis stroke of 80mm on all three turrets. Z-axis travels: Z1/Z3 at 270mm, Z2 at 550mm.
At 11,300 kg, the ABX-65THY provides vibration isolation during simultaneous 3-turret cutting. Specialized for automotive transmission components and hydraulic manifold inserts.
