Overview

The Anderson America Series is a line of production CNC routers engineered for North American woodworking, signage, plastics, and light composite fabrication industries. Anderson America, the US-focused arm of the Anderson industrial router group, builds the America Series to balance production capability, reliability, and accessible total cost of ownership for mid-market manufacturing shops.

The America Series gantry design places a rigid steel welded crossbeam over a vacuum zone table, offering fast rapid traverses and solid cutting performance across the typical material mix encountered in sign shops, cabinet plants, and custom millwork operations. Multiple table sizes — from 4×8-foot to 5×12-foot and larger — allow shops to match machine footprint to their standard sheet goods format and available floor space.

Anderson's vacuum table uses independently controlled zone valves, enabling operators to configure suction areas for full sheets, partial sheets, or nested parts without losing hold-down on active cutting areas. The integrated automatic tool changer reduces operator intervention during multi-tool programs, and the included CAM software provides a straightforward path from DXF design to machine-ready toolpaths.

The America Series is particularly popular in cabinet shops, sign fabricators, and plastic fabricators across the United States and Canada who need a dependable, well-supported production router without the complexity and cost of European aerospace-grade systems. Anderson America's North American service team provides installation, training, and ongoing technical support with regional coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions

01 What materials can the Anderson America Series cut?

The America Series is designed for wood, MDF, plywood, solid wood, plastics (acrylic, HDPE, PVC, Delrin), foam, and aluminum composite panels (ACM). It is not designed for continuous cutting of solid aluminum, steel, or hard metals.

02 What table sizes are available for the Anderson America Series?

Anderson offers the America Series in standard 4×8 (1,220×2,440 mm) and 5×10 (1,525×3,050 mm) configurations, with 5×12 and custom sizes available. The 4×8 format aligns with standard North American sheet goods for minimal material waste.

03 Does Anderson America provide training and installation support?

Yes. Anderson America provides on-site installation, operator training, and ongoing technical support through its North American service network. Remote diagnostics and phone support are also available for troubleshooting.
